Job Posting: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician for our property in Hollywood and West LA. This is a full-time position that requires experience in maintaining and repairing apartment buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, unit turns, and preventive maintenance for the property.
• Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance schedules and progress, ensuring work is completed to their satisfaction.
• Maintain and improve the overall appearance and condition of the property.
• Work closely with the property management team to maintain the property’s value and enhance the experience.
• Assist in maintaining the economic success of the property through cost-effective repairs and services.

• Must be available for 24 -hour on-call service as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience in an apartment building or similar property setting is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Must have a current and valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.
