Currently hiring for experienced residential plumbers and HVAC service technicians for projects in Gaithersburg, MD. Pay is $35 - $45 an hour based on skill set and level of experience. Valid Plumbing Licensed . If you have 5+ years residential plumbing and/or HVAC experience apply now!

Residential Plumber and HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Professionally install, maintain, and repair plumbing and HVAC systems in residential settings
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating solutions and addressing client needs
• Ensure job site safety and compliance with regulations
• Document work completed and materials used for each project

Residential Plumber and HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing or HVAC services
• Valid plumbing or HVAC license, along with any necessary certifications (EPA for HVAC)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
