Residential Project Manager/Foreman

MUST HAVE 10+ years residential remodeling experience to be considered.  

Action Builders is a design build firm specializing in additions and large interior renovations throughout the Pittsburgh area.  The project manager's role is responsible for managing 2-3 residential renovation projects at a time using a carpentry & subcontractor team.  The project manager will communicate with the Construction Manager, Project Coordinators, carpenters, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the projects on schedule and budget.  

The ideal candidate will be a top performer in the industry.  They are well organized, efficient at their communications, and know how to make things happen.  The candidate should have a confident demeanor.  They understand that they do not know everything, but they know who to call and what questions to ask in order to figure it out.  Action Builder's projects are all custom and new challenges arise daily.  This person should have the experience to identify challenges early and bring them to the attention of the team to be figured out.  

Having a positive can-do attitude is highly regarded.   We love what we do!  We are looking for someone that enjoys the work as much as we do!

Candidates must have residential framing experience. Candidates must have their own basic hand tools for carpentry & framing.  Specialty tools, blades, & tool maintenance will be supplied by the company.  A company vehicle will be provided. 

Required Experience: 

• Residential framing 10+ years

• Residential remodeling 10+ years

• Managed carpentry teams

• Managed sub contractors

Pay scale based on experience and skillset. Salary plus bonus structure available.
