Compensation: Commission based pay, Biweekly

We are actively seeking an experienced and devoted Service Plumbing Technician to join our team at MVP Plumbing. Our service plumbing technicians are expected to be committed to solving our client's plumbing problems efficiently and in a timely manner. The service plumbing technician should have advanced knowledge and understanding of repairing and maintaining residential plumbing systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive at clients property on time and be professional
• Properly examine and review plumbing issues and create a course of action
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures for water/gas
• Perform a thorough inspection and testing of plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
• Work effectively and accurately to meet customer satisfaction
• Properly maintain an orderly and safe work environment
• Represent MVP Plumbing with quality and care
• Provide customers with knowledge of our additional services
• Complete all required documentation
• Manage tools and equipment to stay organized
• Thoroughly clean up every job site

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Must be insurable through our auto insurance
• 3-5 years plumbing experience
• Proven work history
• Must pass background check

Other Requirements:

• Provide your own tools
• Have clear communication and solid sales skills
• Handle most calls independently
• Must be able to lift sewer machines, climb roofs, enter crawl spaces
• Have great written and verbal communication skills
