Unique opportunity to be a part of the maintenance team and work at a boutique, locally-owned resort on the beautiful shores of Table Rock Lake. This role comes with an attractive salary, a very competitive benefits package, and four weeks of paid vacation a year.

As the on-site maintenance associate, you’ll work with contractors, maintain common areas, manage landscaping and lawn care, handle dock upkeep, and deliver outstanding guest hospitality—all while working right on the lake! This is a full-time, year-round position, with peak hours during the summer and holidays, and lighter, flexible hours during the off-season.

We are seeking candidates with proven skills in property and building maintenance, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong communication skills to work with trades and ensure guest satisfaction.
