Job Requirements Position titleResource - Garage Cafe Operations Manager Reports toLead - Wanderlust & Garage Cafe Job gradeDeputy Manager LocationGoa Job PurposeThe role of Garage Cafe Operations Manager will be completely responsible for establishing the Garage Cafe as a “must visit property in Goa” and create superior customer experience through the Cafe. The position will report to the Lead - Wanderlust & Garage Cafe and work closely with the Global Brand Organization. Key Responsibilities Drive the revenue and operations for the Garage Cafe and build it as a flagship brand beacon Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments of the property, with focus on the cafe but expanding to sales and service of motorcyclesEvolve the property into a destination cafe in Goa by building the right experiences and managing demand gen Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guestsConduct regular operations team meetings with all the Leads to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, user feedbacks and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues. Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks. Inspecting all department with their respective Managers for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality cultureMonitor the coordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operationsAssessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery processIdentifying staff learning needs and assisting with developmentConduct regular meetings with marketing for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up the businessResponsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotelAny other duties assignedWork Experience EducationBachelor's Degree (Full Time) - Specialization in Hospitality / Retail Experience7 to 10 years of experience in hospitality & retail industry Possessing clear brand sensibility and creative abilitiesPassion for motorcycling and experience of working with Lifestyle/youth brands would be an advantage
