Operational Resource Planner



Location: Nottingham NG8

Salary: £13.47 per hour



The role is hybrid, and the split is generally 2 days in the office and 3 WFH (to be agreed with line manager)



Hours will be 37 per week, generally 8-4 with a 9-5 shift shared on a rotational basis.

As part of their commitment to excellence, JT Recruit is looking for a temporary Operational Resource Planner to join the Customer Service Improvement Team and help provide a top-tier repairs service to Nottingham’s on a 6 month contract, with view to a further extension.



What You’ll Be Doing:



Managing and scheduling daily workloads for trades colleagues and contractors.

Ensuring appointments run efficiently and meet key performance targets.

Handling emergency jobs, follow-ups, cancellations, and variations.

Updating systems, tracking performance, and keeping operations on point.

Providing top-notch administrative support, maintaining records, and liaising with customers.



What We’re Looking For:



Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Experience in scheduling, diary management, or resource coordination.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
