Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on restaurant equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with management to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment repair.
- Effectively troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
