Restoration Operations Manager Job Summary
This position is for a developing leader with a newly established franchise poised for growth. Voda Cleaning & Restoration's Operations Manager will champion company culture, lead teams and serve customers. Reporting to franchise leadership and supported by administration, this role entails execution of work orders, resource and personnel management and customer service. The Operations Manager will develop management plans to drive efficiency, while upholding strict compliance and safety standards.
With a focus on quality service delivery, the Operations Manager also performs in customer facing situations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in management, proven restoration industry experience, and relevant industry certifications. This role is suited for a dynamic leader looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be met with an aggressive career growth plan and hopefully is available for corporate training for one week in August.
Restoration Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit including effective management of resources and technician personnel, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
- Perform carpet, tile, upholstery cleaning duties as needed.
- Perform water, fire and mold restoration remediation and mitigation projects as needed.
- Execute strategic plan focused on grand opening, reputation management and and revenue growth.
- Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry professionals to enhance Voda brand awareness within territory.
- Manage resources per job basis.
- Within one year assist in hiring, training, and development of technician staff.
- Reports to franchise ownership and supported by administration.
Restoration Operations Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning and restoration industry.
- IICRC certified.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Xactimate experience.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
