Retail Maintenance Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Performing timely maintenance, repairs, and renovations of show rooms including Interior elements, machineries and other infrastructure. 2. Effective coordination with various stack holders staff, patrons, contractors, regulatory agencies, interagency contacts, professional service providers etc) for the purpose of coordinating and facilitating works at the stores and offices as when required. 3. Diagnoses malfunction and determine repairs, service, and/or maintenance requirements of Interior elements / equipment and facilities for ensuring proper operations. 5. Monitors work performance and provide direction and support to other staff as necessary for the purpose of assisting them in the successful completion of their work and achieving a high level of performance. 6. Participates in the daily coordination of work to perform the maintenance prioritize, assign, schedule) for ensuring that essential maintenance services are provided and work assignments are completed efficiently. 7. Keeping records and processes data for the purpose of assigning work, tracking resources, and documenting activities for future ref in terms of scheduling preventative maintenance, Cost planning (budgeting) and for AMCs etc . 8. Forwarding a detail reports on various activities carried out on maintenance related works including tracking Zero breakdowns, cost savings measures, enhancing performance of interior elements, service equipment’s etc on fortnightly basis. 1. “Zero breakdowns” in all stores, office Interior elements & service equipment’s. 2. No compromise on safety and comfort of customers and users of stores and offices. 3. Enhance the Productivity & availability of all services and Interior elements / machines through reliability improvement & capacity augmentation projects. 4. Providing safer and greener, continuous and seamless services across all the stores and office spaces in the Region. 5. Reduction in the cost of maintenance 6. Planning and driving Preventive Maintenance/Overhauling/Reconditioning of the units / Interior elements etc to enhance of life. 7. Drive predictive Maintenance 8.
