We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retrofit HVAC Lead to join our growing team.

Essential Functions:
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to determine the best HVAC solutions for retrofitting into existing structures.
- Install HVAC systems, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Provide detailed explanations and demonstrations to clients on system operations, maintenance requirements, and energy-saving tips.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure the timely completion of projects and to resolve any installation or retrofit challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and retrofitting techniques to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during installation activities.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer with specific expertise in retrofitting systems is .
- Knowledge of proper duct design and application.
- A relevant technical degree or certification in HVAC technology is highly desirable.
- Expectation to acquire proper licensing within a reasonable timeframe. Eligible for reimbursement by R & R.
- Gas Mech1 license
- WA Elec Trainee card
- EPA
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of current HVAC systems, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex HVAC concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to start-up various HVAC equipment.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on occasion as business demands.
- Ability to teach and train apprentices.
The selected candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check (includes driving record), and drug test, as R&R Heating and A/C is a drug free workplace.
Salary Description:
$28-$38/hour DOE
