£45,000 - £60,000 + Training + Progression + Bonuses

This company is expanding its division and requires a retrofit coordinator to take responsibility for the overall management and delivery of energy assessments within the residential sector.



The Role:



Project managing and protecting the client and public from start to finish about planning, organizing, and managing the project.

Ensuring domestic retrofit projects are safe, high-quality, and perform to their maximum potential.

Providing consultants and contractors with informed advice and support.

Providing clients with assurance that project risks are being effectively managed and quality is being maintained.

Initial and ongoing risk assessment for each project.

Completion of client report, carbon calculations, medium-term plan, and options appraisal.

Undertake post-construction evaluation to determine overall success and ensure that lessons are learned for future projects.The Person:



Level 5 Retrofit Co-ordinator or experience managing retrofit projects

Experience in the Housing sector
