Rig Material Expeditor

Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition company, is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Rig Material Expeditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to offshore rigs. Responsibilities Coordinate and expedite the delivery of materials and equipment to offshore rigs. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Maintain inventory control and track material usage. Monitor and optimize logistics processes to minimize delivery times and costs. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any materials-related issues. Conduct regular inspections of materials and equipment to ensure their suitability and quality. Maintain accurate documentation and records of materials and logistics activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Participate in project meetings and provide input on materials and logistics matters. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Material Expeditor or in a similar role in the oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of rig materials and equipment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with materials management software and MS Office applications. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing materials and logistics. Flexibility to travel to offshore locations as required. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards in the oil and gas industry.
