Our client is seeking a Right-of-Way Agent to work within their facilities located in Corpus Christi, TX, for an initial one-year assignment, likely to be extended.


Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing land and rights of way acquisition and permitting functions for new construction and operation projects within an assigned location




• Assist with and develop preliminary pipeline routes, cost estimates and schedules for projects




• Prepare reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims




• Prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property




• Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies




• Investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims




• Represent Company in public meetings and legal proceedings (Zoning and Planning Boards; County Commissioners Hearings)

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10 years of experience.




• Requires minimal guidance and assistance from the Land Manager/Supervisor.

This is an exempt position.
