Our Robot Technicians work with world-class technologies in a fast-paced workshop environment. Our Robot Technicians maintain the health of our robot fleet, and play a crucial role in advancing our technologies. 
 

Technical Tasks: 

• Contribute to robot assembly. Working with our Hardware team, you will participate in the production process and assembly of components for our robot fleet. 

• Maintain the health of our robot fleet. Through daily maintenance, you’ll perform maintenance and repair of the electrical part of robots, complete diagnostic testing for breakdowns, and install/replace sensors (lidars, cameras, radars). 

• Advance the robot capabilities. Through the implementation and coordination of robot upgrades and calibration of sensors, you’ll work with our engineering teams to regularly improve the robot’s performance. 
   

Operational Tasks: 

• You’ll document issues with the robot performance and work with remote teams to problem solve. 

• You’ll work with remote teams to complete in-field tests and experiments. 

• You’ll work with the in-field team to occasionally perform robot rescues. 
   

Desired Skills: 

• Experience with crimping tools, measurement tools and wire harnessing. 

• Familiarity with the principles of car electronic systems. 

• Ability to think creatively and problem solve, while maintaining a structured and logical mindset. 

• Ability to work with a team.
