Job Title: Robot Welder

Location: West Bromwich

Full-Time (Permanent)

Salary: £14.65 p/h

Hours of work will be 39 hours per week working 2-week rota shift pattern -

Shift 1 – Monday - Friday 6am -2pm

Shift 2 – Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm

Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to innovation and quality. We are expanding our team in West Bromwich and seek a skilled Robot Spot Welder.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain robotic spot welding machines.

* Set up and calibrate welding robots.

* Inspect and ensure weld quality.

* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.

* Follow safety protocols.

* Collaborate with the team to improve processes.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; welding/robotics certification .

* Experience in robotic spot welding.

* Knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures.

* Ability to read technical drawings.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
