• Work alongside and supervise your team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction 
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members 
• Ability to execute power washing by way of standard operating procedures (i.e. truck maintenance, operating manual, review of current/updated training material via company provided resources) 
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner 
• Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard 
• Take before/after pictures for customer review, social media, and insurance purposes 
• Distribute door hangers/flyers and lawn signs at each job

 Qualifications:
 

• Minimum one (1) year of professional power washing experience  
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence (general comfort with heights) 
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend shifts as needed 
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs 
• Valid Driver's License and experience driving large commercial vehicles (9ft x 28ft) 
• Must live and work in the surrounding area
