Roof Installation Observer

We are seeking a Roof Installation Observer to become a part of our team! You will observe the installation and repair of various types of roof systems throughout the United States.  This job does require travel. 

Responsibilities:

• Observe the installation of roofing systems ensuring installation is according to specifications
• Develop daily written field reports utilizing Word and emailing to client and office
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Take photos of daily work
• Track any deck replacement / wood replacement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to interpret design specifications and CAD detailed drawings
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Outlook mail
• Ability to handle a variety of personalities
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
