Seeking experienced and results driven RV/Marine Finance Manager/ Director. Qualified applicants will have to have verifiable experience as an F & I manager in an Automotive/RV/Marine dealership. Must be able to perform in a team type setting and be able to negotiate with indirect lenders to secure profitable approvals for customers. Candidate must possess the skill set to ethically close applicants and should be able to present product features and benefits with integrity. High energy, goal oriented candidates who desire to constantly improve and grow within the company are desired. Must be fully proficient with title laws, registration and regulation. We are seeking a candidate that can accurately desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions and effectively close deals. Must be fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines. Must be proficient with dealership software. Position offers commission and performance bonus.

Looking for minimum of 3-5 years of dealership finance experience.

Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a positive attitude.
