Salina RV is seeking a part time RV Service Technician. This part time position works with your schedule and additional work is usually available if needed. The more we grow, the more opportunities will be available. Team member must have at least 3 years of experience as an RV tech OR other related fields. Ability to problem solve and to learn is a MUST. You will train (if needed) with an experienced technician. Occasional manufacturer training trips are provided. Basic tools such as a 1/4" impact driver, drill, assortment of hand tools, and a multimeter will be needed, and some other tools can be borrowed when necessary.

This position is a flat-rate paid. You get paid per the hours required for the job. Example: If a specific job is supposed to take 10 hours for an average tech, and it takes you 8 hours, you will still be paid 10 hours. If you're fast and have no rework, you'll do well. Pay is dependent on experience.
