Work Schedule: Residential, 5 days per week

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Technical Architect to join a large-scale business transformation program. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing technical activities and delivering SAP technical solutions for complex requirements across the entire program lifecycle. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP Cloud Platform / BTP, ABAP, Fiori, UI5, CDS, HANA modelling, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all technical activities within the SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
• Develop technical solutions by translating complex SAP functional requirements into clear technical deliverables.
• Work closely with functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure integration and smooth execution.
• Design and deliver SAP architectural solutions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Manage technical documentation, system landscapes, and relevant Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful customization and integration of solutions.
• Oversee the technical deliverables of third-party vendors and ensure high-quality execution.
• Lead SAP integrations and manage Basis and security roles within the SAP environment.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to SAP integration and architecture.
• Ensure that all activities align with industry standards and project timelines.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP architecture design and S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform (BTP), WRICEF, ABAP, Fiori/UI5, AMDP, BAPIs, and custom CDS.
• Expertise in system integration, data migration, and technical problem-solving across SAP modules.
• Proven ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Familiarity with SAP release updates and their impact on the existing ecosystem.
• Strong experience with integration technologies (e.g., ODATA, IDOC, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, REST).
• Experience in SAP security roles and authorization management within S/4HANA Cloud environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and ALM for project management.

Desired Education & Experience:

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA and SAP Cloud technologies.
• Practical experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, including data migration, SAP Activate methodology, and BTP extensions.
