With a strong pipeline of work and recent project wins, they are now looking for experienced and passionate Safety advisors to drive safety initiatives on projects across Gold Coast, Logan & Ipswich. Guide and support site teams to strengthen workplace health and safety practices. Collaborate with Project Managers to establish, implement, and refine safety systems, strategies, and procedures. Perform site inspections, deliver constructive feedback, and suggest improvements to project teams. Identify potential risks and opportunities to optimize safety management. Promote an open and proactive safety culture across the site. The successful applicant will have the following experience 4+ years' experience in a similar role within the Civil, Construction, or related industry. Willingness to be on site to promote an open and proactive safety culture. Certificate IV or higher in OHS. Strong enthusiasm for safety, with a proactive mindset and a team-oriented approach. Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence.
