Job Description Strong safety systems and a safe working environment Great opportunity for growth within the business Excellent salary package A leading Tier 2 Principal Builder in Sydney, seeking a proactive Safety Advisor to join their team on a new build construction project. They are known for their commitment to safety, quality, and innovation across a range of projects in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained on site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE Conduct site inductions Review and monitor contractors’ SWMS Oversee general site safety Lead site safety meetings Analysing site practice and implementation of improved practices Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures Help promote WHS&E awareness on site Ensure compliance with the all Site Management Plans Maintain all WHS&E records for the project.
