Safety Officer - LTA/MRT

Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks. Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide safety training and orientation to employees and subcontractors. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Monitor and assess workplace conditions to ensure compliance with safety requirements. Review and approve risk assessments and method statements. Collaborate with project teams to address safety concerns and provide recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate safety records and reports. Requirements Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety & Health or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in WSHO. Certifications in Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
