PepWear is currently seeking people in the Indianapolis area to join our sales team in an outbound role. We now have a production facility in Indianapolis and are excited about the opportunity to better serve that community!

Compensation: Salary + Commission (uncapped)

Role Overview
We’re excited to welcome an outgoing and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to our growing team! This role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and driving revenue through proactive outreach efforts. You’ll be part of a supportive team that thrives on shared success, and we’ll be with you every step of the way as you grow your skills and achieve your goals. Your Day-to-Day
- Reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and show them how we can help.
- Keep track of your outreach to stay organized and efficient.
- Enter orders effectively to ensure quality production.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve outreach strategies.
Here’s what would make you a great fit:
- A friendly, approachable demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Confidence in starting conversations and building trust with potential clients.
- Existing relationships with Indiana school systems and/or businesses
- Self-motivation and a drive to meet and exceed goals.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role (but if you’re a quick learner with the right attitude, we’d love to talk!).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools ().
