Role Overview: They are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator / Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving our growth in the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with glass-focused projects and a deep understanding of the glazing industry.



Key Responsibilities:



* Project Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs from initial design through to completion.



* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial market.



* Tender Management: Manage the tendering process, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.



* Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and manage sub-contractors to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met.



* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.



Desirable Attributes:



* Proven ability to achieve project deadlines and manage budgets effectively.



* Strong knowledge and experience in tender management and submission.



* Excellent sub-contractor management skills.



* Prior experience with glazing projects, particularly in the commercial sector.
