Are you looking for your next exciting role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We're working with a well-established client that is seeking a motivated Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their team at their logistics centre near Bury St Edmunds.
Role Overview
As a Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the key link between the internal teams and customers-helping to ensure everything runs smoothly from order placement through to delivery. This role plays a vital part in maintaining high service standards while keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Manage incoming calls, process orders, and respond to general inquiries with a warm, professional manner.
Order Management: Handle quotation requests, order input, and customer documentation.
Returns Coordination: Process and track customer returns, ensuring timely resolutions.
Account & Payment Handling: Take payments, support with account queries, and assist in customer account setup using Sage.
Team Collaboration: Support internal and external sales teams with day-to-day operations.
Logistics Coordination: Address delivery queries, track daily shipments, and maintain delivery records.

A proactive, customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service
Confident communicator with a friendly telephone manner
Strong IT skills, with experience using systems like Sage 200 and/or Odoo
A reliable, self-managed approach and a positive team spirit
What's On Offer
Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Holiday Allowance: 20 days to start, increasing to 23 days after 1 year of service
