The Sales and Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing all aspects of service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with strong leadership, sales, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new residential pool service clients.
  • Manage the sales process from lead to closing deals, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
• Operations Management:
  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery, including route planning, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Manage a team of pool technicians, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
• Customer Service:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, prompt issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
