Sales Development Representative (IT Services) - Hybrid

We are searching for highly motivated, independent, creative individuals looking to start and build a career in sales for a growing technology company. As part of this job duty, successful candidates will create activity and engagement with prospective First Class Networks clients in both the private and public sectors. The focus of this role is to generate new qualified leads by leveraging a proven process and methodologies of marketing and sales resources.

The job will require working from home mostly, coming to the office occasionally, and doing some visits to office parks and companies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cold Calling / Prospecting
  • Outbound Dials / Emails / LinkedIn Connections
  • Visiting office parks and knocking on doors
  • Updating the First Class Networks CRM and maintaining accurate details of your daily activities
  • Schedule appointments for CEO
  • Answer inquiries received by email.
  • Adhere to the company procedures and values.
  • Meet sales activities (KPIs): Dials, Calls, Follow-ups, and Meetings.
  • Articulate our very basic level of products and services to potential customers.

 

  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • The ability to call 100 people a day and set an appointment with the Key Decision Maker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and accept/provide feedback in a team setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
