Sales Estimator

Overview

We are seeking an Estimator, The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation and submission of accurate cost estimates.



Duties



Process sales quotations, tenders and administration

Liaising with sales/marketing

Present estimates to management and clients

Update and maintain an accurate database of historical costs for future reference.

Dealing with clients via email and on the phone

proactively develop and project manage all contracts with regard to acknowledgement of enquiry, response deadline, quotation follow up and associated activities.

Ensure all drawings, correct liaison and procedures are approvedCandidate skills



Proven experience as an Sales Estimator or in a similar role

Strong understanding of cost control principles and methodologies.

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Part time 3 days per week Wednesday-Friday

Pay: £16,650.00 per year



Expected hours: 21 per week
