MoveUp is looking for Sales People with great personality to start ASAP.
We have a role in Nashville, TN for an energetic Sales/Business Dev. Rep!
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday 09:00 AM-05:00 PM
Compensation Plan:
$2000 monthly base + 6% commission (commission chart will be provided and will be based on: System-Generated Leads, Self-Generated Leads, and revenue generated). Weekly compensation and monthly commission payments
Job Responsibilities:
- Presenting and discussing several moving options and services based on the customers needs, desires, and situation
- Communicate with customers and coworkers effectively to build the overall customer experience
- Convert phone estimates into scheduled moving jobs
- Outreach to previous customers for new sales opportunities
- Calculating move inventories and estimating time & cost projections
- Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development
Requirements:
- Between 3 - 5 years of sales experience, 3 - 5 years of comissioned sales. Track record of $1 - 2M in anual sales is
- Experienced with both Inside & Outside Sales estimates
- MUST be upbeat, motivated, enthusiastic, dependable & trustworthy
- Very articulated over the phone
