Sales Manager Power USA and Mexico - Houston, TX

Location : Houston, TX (May work from home on hybrid schedule within a commutable distance of the worksite)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
Directs the sales plan under their scope, maximizing revenues, fulfilling customer requirements, and identifying potential sales growth opportunities.
Executes the sales plan, ensuring to maximize sales and revenues in the Power Industry by enabling long term relationships with each customer in USA, Mexico and South America.
Coordinates development of sales objectives and strategies in order to expand market share and increase revenues and profitability of the Power division.
Development of sales objectives and pricing strategies defined with Inside Sales department.
Establishes and manages client relationships with Distributors, Heat Exchanger Manufacturers, OEMs, Aftermarket companies, EPCs, and End Users among others.
Develops Long Terms Fidelity Programs with the customer in order to achieve progressively higher services levels assuring Customer Satisfaction.
Gathers client's new product and services requirements with Technical Sales department, evaluates their potential and supports during their development.
Promotes new materials within End Users, Utilities and OEMs
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Participates in HSE objectives setting, defining and implementing programs and actions applicable to the area of responsibility for continual improvement of HSE performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Three (3) years of experience in a related occupation in the piping manufacturing, boiler manufacturing or HRSG manufacturing industry performing each of the following: gathering information and communicating to the supervisor about the competitive advantage, potential price strategy and client base of American Aftermarket Boiler manufacturers, US HRSG companies and Mexican Boiler/HRSG manufacturers; utilizing Power BI, SAP and mill scheduling in order to interact with mills that produce steel tubes made according to steel grades A1, T11, T12, T2, T22, T91 for Boiler and HRSG applications Power products; developing new accounts and selling tubing steel grades A1, T11, T12, T2, T22, T91 in the HRSG and Boiler segments in the US and Mexico.
Special Requirement:
Up to 30% domestic and 5% international travel required to visit clients.
