Sales/Marketer of Water and Mold Remediation Services

We at All Dry are looking for a motivated person to spread the word about our exciting brand providing Water and Mold Remediation Services! You will be a salaried worker, putting in 40 hours per week with a highly incentivized pay structure that includes commissions and unlimited opportunity in a new and growing market. You will use your own vehicle to visit businesses & market/sell All Dry services in the Bucks & Montgomery County Area of PA. Your job will be to create the relationships necessary to make these influencers aware of All Dry as they are a prime driver of our business.

In short, you get to meet people and get paid for it! All with the goal to make sure All Dry Services is the name people think of when disaster strikes.  Every time one of your customer’s recommends us to a homeowner or commercial business, you will get paid commissions.

Qualifications:

We are looking for the right attitude! Be positive, be engaging, hold a conversation! We will teach the rest!!!

If you have experience with contacts in the Insurance Industry and or building Property managers- That’s a plus but not a showstopper.  We will train you by sending you to Florida for a week (all expenses paid) so you will be prepared to start on Day 1.

PA Driver’s License with a good clean Record and owning your vehicle is a must!

We will cover your gas and minor maintenance on your car.

Some examples of daily responsibilities :

- Log visits to Prospects you visited
- Report on promotional products items given out and request new orders
- Manage route of customer visits via software provided daily
- Take calls from lead sources & Drive to Insurance offices and Property Managers in Bucks and Montgomery County
- Report the lead to Owner/Manager or book calls as they come in
- Other duties to be named later as assigned by the Owner/Manager
- Review incoming leads / jobs
- Complete commission reports
- Review day/week with Owner/Manager

This position has a pay range from $45,000 - $100,000+ depending on YOUR INNER DRIVE!
