In the Sales Operations Manager role, you will be managing the sales processes via direct input and experience until it is just right. The key to this role will be to implement new tools and lead efforts, build out knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot Advertising, On-boarding and customer implementation, helping get our customers launched and ramping, and drive results through monitoring and reporting key sales metrics. At ACERTUS, we are disruptors in the industry- utilizing data to back our strategic plans. You should be a stickler for meeting deadlines and manage high velocity and intense business operations seamlessly.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 BOE

Location: Mission KS, St. Louis MO or Remote

What will you be doing?

    • Manage VIP Client Deals.
    • Pre-onboard VIP Clients w/Sales Team.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Effectively communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders, which may include business leaders, customers, and technical experts.
    • Develop a deep knowledge of ACERTUS solutions to remove barriers to our customers assessing value of our offerings and ability to provide customer demo’s.
    • Help design, document and maintain processes.
    • Define Project Scope, Goals, and Deliverables that Support Business Goals in Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success Teams
    • Effectively communicate and work with peers, other departments, and management to set internal expectations and maintain appropriate implementation project scope.
    • All other duties assigned by management.

    What are we looking for?

      • Bachelor's degree required or relevant work experience.
      • 5+ years total experience in a combination of sales, operations or finance required.
      • Project Management experience a plus.
      • Outstanding interpersonal and business communication skills
      • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
      • Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau .
      • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decisions.
      • Personal responsibility to manage change.
