Job Summary:Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative – Building Services Construction to drive business development, prospecting, and pipeline growth in Bridgeport, NJ, and Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for selling power and temperature control solutions to both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background in the construction and building services industry, with the ability to maintain and grow a minimum annual sales budget of $2 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales activities with both new and existing customers through cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies
  • Identify and evaluate potential sales opportunities, developing medium to long-term sales plans to increase market share
  • Proactively work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Develop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer data using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Expand and maintain a strong customer network through consistent outreach and relationship management
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored energy solutions


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven business development, prospecting, and pipeline growth experience
  • Strong knowledge of power and temperature control equipment and their applications
  • Understanding of territory market opportunities and ability to capitalize on them
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a minimum annual sales budget of $2 million
  • General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Technical background or trade school education in Power or HVAC/Temperature Control Equipment
  • Established book of business or client network in the Building and Construction sector
  • Experience in technical solutions selling
