Position Title: Sales Representative (Indianapolis)
The Sales Representative is the first face that a customer of Kingdom Roofing Systems sees, which sets the standard for what they will expect moving forward. Using our proven sales process, the Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing customer relations and maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of communication and behavior throughout the sales process. As part of our Sales team, you will choose the compensation package that works best for you.

Position Type:
Full-Time
Flexible work schedule. Company-assigned appointment times are scheduled the month in advance, Project Advisors can submit their availability each month. Minimum requirements for availability do apply, including 2 appointment slots on Saturday each month.
Description of Duties:
- Build trusted relationships with customers and sell remodels that meet their needs
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals
- Generate a minimum of 1 million dollars in revenue in 12 months
- Maintain or exceed required sales metrics - demo rate, close rate, NSLI, and AJS across the season
- Generate a minimum of 1 self-generated appointment per week
- Maintain gross profit requirements by accurately scoping projects
- Maintain accurate reporting within Kingdom's customer database
- Consistent, effective involvement in community, and networking organizations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional sales experience
- Ability to climb a ladder and be on a roof
- Reliable individuals who show up on time, every time
- Proficient with technology and able to learn new software
- Solid mathematical skills for simple calculations
- Knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and construction processes is helpful
- Honesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environment
- High energy and drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly
Compensation & Benefits:
- Onboarding salary of $18K total for a 6-month period with a commission rate of 1/2 of standard rates. Reps can accelerate from training pay based on performance.
