As we prepare to establish our US headquarters in Houston, TX, we seek dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and establishing strong relationships within the industry.
Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Prozus, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. This salary plus commission-based role is designed to encourage high performance and reward successful sales efforts. The position will begin with a probationary period, during which you will focus on building relationships and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cold calling is essential
· Identify and pursue potential clients looking for engineering support, in the energy sector.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
· Attend industry conventions and networking events to promote Prozus and generate leads.
· Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their needs and present tailored solutions.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined in the commission structure
· Implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
· Maintain Lead Tracking Log in CRM
Qualifications:
· MUST have previous B2B sales experience, preferably with engineering services within heavy construction or the Energy sectors
· Self-motivated with a strong, positive sales attitude and a passion for building relationships.
· Preference given for previous engineering experience/qualifications
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel for conventions and client meetings.
· Proven proficiency in using office software, including CRM software and sales tools.
