Our client, a Seattle-based leader in first aid equipment, supplies, and facilities, continues to experience strong, consistent growth, driven by the outstanding service their Sales & Service Representatives (SSRs) provide. To support this expansion, they are adding a Sales & Service Supervisor to oversee all Washington-based SSRs, ensuring continued success in revenue growth, customer service, and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role that involves coaching, training, and managing SSRs while also working strategically to optimize performance and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has experience leading a route sales team, is both tactical and strategic, and thrives in a role that blends mentorship, customer interaction, and operational oversight.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, support, train, and coach all SSRs in Washington.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue growth, and opportunity recognition.
- Track payroll, asset management, and staffing pipeline to ensure operational efficiency.
- Enhance Business Development Representative (BDR) support and new client acquisition.
- Conduct client goodwill visits, account troubleshooting, and mystery shopping.
- Spend 80% of the time on the road, with the remaining time in the office handling projects, planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Travel overnight as needed to support all territories, with up to three weeks of training in new markets.
- Utilize a company van to visit customer sites and SSRs.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a route sales team with a stable work history.
- Proven coaching, training, and management skills with a track record of success.
- Strong strategic and tactical thinking to drive business growth.
- Friendly, approachable, organized, and reliable with a strong customer service mindset.
- Clean driving record and physical ability to assist with SSR tasks, including cabinet and light plumbing mounting.
- At least one COVID-19 vaccination and non-tobacco user required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $75K, plus $15K-$20K in bonuses based on sales performance, account retention, and staffing.
