SALESFORCE ENGINEERING LEAD

UP TO £100,000 + BONUS + CAR ALLOWANCE

HYBRID - LONDON

THE COMPANY

This bank is currently going through massive growth in its tech team, and has had a huge investment into Salesforce as a platform, with a company-wide greenfield implementation project currently underway!

THE ROLE

In this newly created role to support the growth and ambitions of the business, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Taking a holistic view on the direction for the use of Salesforce across the business
• Overseeing a huge implementation project in the short-term
• Act as a bridge between the engineering and architecture teams
• Act as the Salesforce SME
• Liase with stakeholders from across the business to solve Salesforce problems and influence technical teams to produce these solutions

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working across multiple large projects and large scale teams
• Intrinsic knowledge of Salesforce and its potential limitations
• Problem solving skills to understand what needs fixing and how to do this
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud is ideal
• An understanding of Omnistudio is needed, not necessarily direct experience with it
