Department Overview
The Purchasing & Transportation business unit integrates procurement and logistics with production, supply chain, and sustainability teams to ensure efficient operations and project execution.
Project Overview
The Supplier Enablement Team ensures suppliers are fully integrated into the SAP Ariba Network to support efficient digital collaboration, catalog integration, and electronic invoicing in compliance with global standards.
Role Objective
To provide functional support for content and supplier enablement on the SAP Ariba platform, ensuring accurate catalog integration, seamless supplier onboarding, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of supplier interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Enablement & Catalog Setup

Analyze supplier collaboration status in Ariba and identify onboarding opportunities.

Onboard suppliers and content providers for:

Static & punch-out catalog integration
-
Invoice setup (via PO flip and system integration)

Technical & Functional Support
-
Support and track issue resolution led by the technical enablement team.

Troubleshoot functional issues and manage escalation paths for resolution.
Documentation, Training & Communication

Create documentation and conduct training on Ariba content processes.

Act as the liaison between suppliers, content providers, and internal teams.

Communicate onboarding status and project progress effectively.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

Perform QA checks on supplier setups and integrations.

Track KPIs for onboarding efficiency and supplier engagement.
Candidate Profile
Technical Requirements
-
1–2 years of hands-on Ariba Supplier & Content Enablement experience
-
Functional troubleshooting experience (integration/process-related)

Familiarity with procurement or finance workflows

Advanced Excel skills (a plus)
Non-Technical Requirements

Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus

Detail-oriented and organized with strong documentation skills

Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Educational & Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

SAP certification(s) – a strong advantage
