An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedSAP Programme Managerto join our dynamic SAP team. You will play a critical role in delivering and managing multiple SAP projects and programmes within a complex IT estate, focusing on value delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.

Your Responsibilities as SAP Programme Manager:

• Lead and govern a portfolio of SAP projects through the full lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
• Provide leadership and direction to project and programme teams, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Support business development initiatives, including the creation of commercial propositions.
• Manage all aspects of delivery, including scope, risks, budget, and timelines.
• Actively oversee progress and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing expectations effectively.
• Conduct negotiations to align project scope changes with commercial viability and realistic outcomes.
• Play a pivotal role in establishing delivery priorities and managing risks and dependencies.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to the project management community.

Your Experience and Skills as aSAP Programme Manager:

• Demonstrated SAP project delivery experience at scale, managing multi-million-pound budgets.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities, with experience in complex and dynamic environments.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Industry qualifications such asPRINCE2or equivalent.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and support business growth objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a client-facing, consulting environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
