Brief Outline \n\nAn established and growing company in the scaffolding market requires an Operations Manager to oversee commercial and operational functions on a range of projects across the London and South East region. \nThe Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing ongoing projects for tier 1&2 clients in the construction sector, while being involved with commercial aspects, assisting with tender stages, managing costs for the projects and being responsible for the overall performance and progress of the division as a whole. \n\nAbout our Client\n\nThe client has been active in the scaffolding sector for over 20 years with an established client base and consistent work in the London area. About the Role \n\nThe Operations Manager will be accountable for the Operational, Safety and Financial delivery of projects. \nReport into Director level. \nTo continue to grow the business, using their current and potential connections within the construction industry, demonstrating their experience and prowess in creating new business opportunities for the company.\nManaging costs for on-going projects and liaising with surveyors and the commercial teamAbout the Candidate \n\nPrevious experience in overseeing scaffolding contracts for main contractor and developer clients \nExperience in handling P&L \nCommercially aware  \nFlexible self-starter with ability to prioritise \nDisplays strong leadership skills \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills \n\nPoints of Appeal \n\nFreedom within the role\nOpportunity to progress to more senior Directorship role \nCompetitive salary and package \nCompany with a full order book\nMultinational contractor
