Are you a detail-orientated professional with strong coordination skills? We're seeking a Scheduling Operations Planner to join our client's dynamic team in Eastleigh. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimising trade operatives' schedules, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.



Key Responsibilities: • Managing multiple trade diaries and coordinating daily workloads • Optimising schedules to maximise productivity and minimise travel time • Handling emergency repairs within SLA requirements • Coordinating with operatives, contractors, and customers



Requirements: • Experience in a busy scheduling/operations environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong communication and organisational skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines



Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Eastleigh
