Seafreight Export Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Export Seafreight person for a excellent Freight Forwarder based in the Basildon area.



Duties:-



* Assist Team Leader and Manager.



* Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development in order to successfully move Seafreight products



* Complete all Import, Export and Cross Trade activities correctly and on time ensuring the Customs declaration forms are completed correctly



* Report any errors to the customs declaration manager



* Complete all customs entries



* Ensure all operational activities and invoices are completed



Skills:-



* Excellent command of the English , both written and spoken



* Computer literacy



* Accurate, Honest & Punctual



* Excellent communication skills



* Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own



* Ability to handle multiple tasks



* Familiar in handling freight operations in a freight forwarding environment



* Excellent Administrative skills



* Understanding of Export operations and HMRC processes



Working hours are Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
