Self Storage Site Relief Manager

Job DescriptionJob Description

• Works 35-39 Hours per Week
• This is a Site Relief Manager position, so you may be travelling to locations in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, or Caldwell
• Rents Storage Units by Phone, To Walk-In Customers, or On-Line Rentals
• Sells Customers Moving Supplies
• Really Listens to What Customers are saying: Strives for great Telephone Techniques
• Works every day to help those who have become Delinquent on their rent "catch up"
• Maintains Stor-It Grounds Daily — This is our home and we pick up litter.
• Prepare Reports on Grounds/Units
• Makes Minor Repairs
• Computer Operation
• Light Lifting
• Operates the business according to the Procedure Manuals and the Policy Manuals —
• We provide on the job office and maintenance training, but employees are expected to read the manuals and apply them

Since this location does not have on-site housing, we will also be offering a monthly housing allowance.
