Selling Sales Manager

Due to our growth in the Buffalo area, we are seeking a Selling Sales Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Our Newest Water Purifier released in 2021 eliminates all concerns of Covid-19 and cross-contamination at the water cooler. Our purifier is deemed "Essential" to businesses returning to their offices.

Responsibilities:

• Sell, Recruit, train, develop and direct a sales team
• You and your team will hunt for new opportunities to provide our products to businesses
• Manage the activity behavior that drives results
• Provide Leadership and Mentoring to the Sales Team
• Follow the industry's best "Playbook" for Sales Process
• Balance company leads and field prospecting to find and close new accounts

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Previous experience in Management, Sales, Customer Service, or related field
• “Passion, driven, committed, enthusiastic, motivated and competitive” are some of the words we use to describe those who succeed on our sales team.
• A proven track record of success in B to B field sales/management
• Strong working knowledge of the sales process
• Professional presentation skills
• Ability to stimulate the team to achieve sales success
• Experience in Business Equipment Sales/ Office Services is a plus
• A Professional Appearance
• A Genuine Interest in Health and Wellness

Required Experience:

• Sales Management: 3 years
• New Business B to B Sales: 5 years
