Job Description:

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinating with Trades and Vendors to drive schedule of tool installation.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Budget review and tracking
• Making sure all safety regulations are upheld
• Coordinating with purchasing and vendors for the timely delivery of equipment
• Selecting tools, materials management, tracking/expediting submittals and shop drawings, equipment and inventory tracking
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Project schedule updates
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Work directly with owner and subcontractors on change orders regarding processes, estimates, and negotiations
• Identify and communicate conflicts that may impact construction progress

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience in a semiconductor environment
• Previous semiconductor construction experience with mechanical, electrical, and process systems
• Strong Communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large-scale projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
• This is a safety sensitive position; ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required
• Prefer a BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
