Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer& with deep experience in agent-based workflow development& and a strong background in the Financial Services Sector (FSS). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter& capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with a dynamic engineering team based in our New York office. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize agent-based AI workflows
• Lead the development and deployment of AI models tailored to financial services applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI strategy and technical execution
• Develop robust, scalable code using Python
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years& of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on agent-based systems
• Demonstrated success working on projects within the Financial Services Sector (FSS)
• Proficient in Python programming& for AI/ML solutions
• Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures and design patterns
• Excellent leadership and communication& skills
• Proven ability to operate independently& in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Work Environment:

• Hybrid role – 3 days per week onsite& at the New York office
• Highly collaborative, fast-moving team focused on cutting-edge AI applications
