We are currently seeking a SeniorApplication Developer - Software Engineer for our client in the Technology, Media & Telecom domain. Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension

Location: Seattle, Washington

Salary: $55.00/Hourly

Role: Sr. Application Developer - Software Engineer

Primary Skills: Testing

Role Description: The Senior Application Developer-Software Engineer must have 9+ years of experience. You must be comfortable going onsite to Seattle, Washington location, along with that if you are working as a UAT Tester that can also be considerable.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design/ implementation/ maintenance/end-user support for complex, client-focused proprietary securitization applications used internally by professionals to deliver services to the Securitization marketplace.

Other responsibilities include:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of Securitized transactions specifically focusing on asset cash flow and waterfall modeling.

- Analyze industry trends, recommend and implement enabling technological solutions.

- Define and analyze business and user requirements for new/enhanced product and reporting functionality for the group’s cash flow modeling tool, Niagara.

- Program, test and document all components of internally developed systems including user interfaces, business logic and data access.

- Perform quality assurance and end-user acceptance testing to ensure the product satisfies end-user requirements.

- Consult with other professionals as to system capabilities and work with them to implement new enhancements or reporting to address new or modified deal structures.

- Design, implement and maintain backend database structures used to support agency and CLO transactions.

- Communicate with technical and business leaders about business requirements, system related capabilities, programming progress, and enhancement status.

Skills:

- Must be available to work from client site in Redmond, WA 5 days per week.

UAT Test Lead:

- Extensive experience in leading User Acceptance Testing for Order to Cash workflows

- Telecom/Satcom domain experience

- Knowledge in Order Management, Billing, Tax, Invoicing and Payment

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 9+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
