YOUR ROLE Responsible for productrecommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrationsand troubleshooting for customersConsult customers onsolutions generating value for their use cases and perform technicalvisits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers withdocumentation in the CRM tool and the LIM systemWork with applicationequipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processesLeverage customerfeedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new businessopportunities for sales colleaguesReports quality issues/ customers claims to relevant parts of the organization (incl.
